Search for the used books or second hand university materials you are looking for and add them to cart. Make sure the products are from your university.
Make payment using your preferred payment gateway i.e. Online Banking, Paypal or Credit Card.
You will receive a confirmation SMS and email with the seller(s)' details and a secret code once the payment is completed.
Contact the seller(s) to get the used books or other university materials within 14 days. Make sure you meet up at a public place.
Complete the transaction by clicking the 'Satisfied' or 'Not satisfied' button based on the condition of the products. If you are satisfied, the payment will be released to the seller. However, if you are not happy with the condition of the product, you have the right to ask for a full refund and the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
How to Sell
Register as a seller at Spartext and activate your account.
Login to your account and start adding products such as books, calculators and lab tools to the store. Make sure you post a photo of your used university material to show the current condition.
You will receive a notification SMS and email when an order is made.
Contact the buyer to deliver the used books or other university materials within 14 days. Make sure you meet up at a public place.
If the buyer is satisfied with the products, Spartext will transfer the money to your bank account within 10 business days. However, if the buyer is not satisfied with the products with a valid reason, a fine of RM10 will be imposed on your next successful transaction.
