How do I get the seller/buyer’s details?

You should receive an SMS with the seller/buyer’s details, so please make sure your phone number is correct when signing up.

There will also be an order confirmation email upon successful payment with the seller/buyer’s details. If you are using Outlook, make sure you check your Junk mail; If you are using Gmail, please check if it has gone to other folders.

Why do I need to register?

You should register an account to keep track of your past and pending orders. Also, you are required to login to your account to confirm your purchase when you receive the products.

Can I buy a product that is not from my university?

You are free to purchase any products from our website as long as you think it is convenient for you to meet up with the seller and the product is what you need.

How do I confirm my purchases?

Once you are logged in, go to the ‘CONFIRM Your Purchases’ page, click the ‘Satisfied’ or ‘Not Satisfied’ button next to the product you just received. Please be careful when you click as this cannot be undone.

What happens if the seller doesn’t show up?

In the ‘CONFIRM Your Purchases’ page, click ‘Not Satisfied’ next to the product name if the seller did not show up. Spartext will provide 100% refund within 15 business days. If the refund does not arrive after the next two months, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support.

There is no registration fee required. You just have to pay the amount of the products as advertised.

After the payment has been received, you will receive a notification email and SMS with the seller(s)’ details. You will then need to contact each other to arrange a meet up to deliver the products. The products have to be delivered within 14 days.

You should register an account to keep track of your postings and purchases. We collect your IC Number and bank details as it is required by the bank when doing the bank transfer.

What if the buyer is not someone from my university?

If the buyer is from the same state, you can meet the buyer up at a public place. Otherwise, it is up to you to ship the products to them. If it is not possible for you to deliver the products, please contact info@spartext.com to sort the problem.
